🍳 A Hidden Spot For “Cheap” Eggs Right Now
Breakfasts are tougher for many households these days due to the rising cost of eggs. Last year, the average price of a dozen eggs hovered around $2 to $3, but this year, prices have surged to an average of $4.95, with some areas seeing even higher figures.

While warehouse club pricing is usually best right now when it comes to bulk buys (if you can find them), something a lot of people don’t know is that Trader Joe’s are still selling their eggs at $3.49 per dozen, a price that is well below the national average right now.

Here is how Trader Joe’s pricing stacks up to other popular retailers:
(*Prices reflect those of my local area and could change at anytime)
Trader Joe’s: $3.49 (1 Dozen Large Brown Eggs)
Walmart: $5.97 (1 Dozen Large White Eggs)
Aldi: $5.97 (1 Dozen Large White Eggs)
Target: $5.99 (1 Dozen Large White Eggs)
Costco: $6.39 (18 Large White Eggs)
Sam’s Club: $8.74 (2 Dozen Large White Eggs)

🔎 Find Clearance At Your Local Costco in Minutes
If you watch my Costco videos you might enjoy the crazy clearance finds I often discover although it can be unpredictable if those deals actually be there when you head to your local warehouse.

One of the limited time clearance finds featured in my latest video
To save you all some travel time, I wanted to flag a feature in the Costco app that was recently added in the past few months that can help you see if those clearance items are available at your local store - from the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Download the Costco app
Step 2: Look for the “Warehouse” button on the bottom menu

Step 3: Select your local warehouse and then type in the item name or item number of which you have interest.

Step 4: As you can see here that after typing in its item number, the “Ice Plunge" that I showcased in my last video displays that it’s “In Stock“ alongside its current price at my local warehouse.

I hope this helps the next time you see a clearance find in one of my videos. It is important to note that using this tool will show you the most up-to-date IN-STORE pricing vs Costco.com which will only display ONLINE pricing (which is usually higher as it includes within that amount).

🛒 This Popular Store Is About To “Pop up” Everywhere!
One of the most common concerns I hear tied to my regular posting of Aldi Finds on my YouTube channel is: “there’s no Aldi anywhere near me.” That’s about to change in a big way.
Aldi plans to open over 225 new stores across the U.S. the company’s largest expansion in a single year, fueled in part by its acquisition of Southeastern Grocers, which includes Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket locations. Around 220 of these stores will be converted into Aldi locations. Scroll down to see if Aldi is in your state!

The expansion will bring new stores to several states, including: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Nevada. ALDI is also growing in the Northeast with new locations expected in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Midwest isn’t being left out either, with expansion plans in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Click here and enter your Zipcode on Aldi’s website for a specific location.
With many of us looking for more affordable grocery options, ALDI’s expansion us arriving at a good time as far as I’m concerned.
