If you are tired of over-paying for your smartphone plan or have a senior in your life that would benefit, Mint Mobile has a recent plan that’s one of the best values anywhere!

For just $15 a month, you get unlimited talk and text, 5GB of high-speed data, and no long-term contract. Mint Mobile operates on the T-Mobile network so you have the advantage of that nationwide reliability - and it works with most unlocked phones.

You do have to prepay $45 for the first 3 months, but after that, you can lock in the same rate by switching to a 12-month plan. If you’re more of a heavy data user they also have a $30 a month plan that give you unlimited data.

🚨 NEW Shopping Info You NEED To Know!

🛒 14 Day Free Instacart+ trial is back! If you’re ever redeemed a trial of Instacart+ in the past and are interested in trying it again — I noticed that Instacart has recently removed language on its website limiting this to “new customers only.”

That means even if you’ve tried the service in the past, you may still be able to enjoy another two weeks for free. When I recently attempted to do the trial after redeeming it last year, it let me do it again with no problem.

💰 Spend $10 Get $10 Back with Paypal: Paypal is currently running a promotion where if you spend $10 using their payment platform, they will give you 1,000 points back (worth $10).

🔁 Return policies are shifting at major stores: Retailers like Macy’s and H&M are adjusting return windows or tacking on fees like Amazon. H&M now charges $5 for mail-in returns, and Macy’s has shortened the timeframe for select items.

Even for Amazon on a recent return, I was charged $6.99 to return a Prime fulfilled product that arrived defective!

🛒 Beauty gift sets arrive early at Costco! There beauty gift sets Costco typically launches at the end of April as we approach Mother’s Day have arrived online (and at many local warehouses early).

If you are searching for a brand-name bundle that packs some punch in terms of value, now is a good time to start the search online (with some better deals on their way to stores).

💵 Dollar Tree Raising Prices Again in 2025?!

As you may be well aware Dollar Tree has been quietly raising prices in most stores. We saw most items in store jump to $1.25 few years back with some additional more premium products being offered more recently at prices all the way to $10.

It looks as though Dollar Tree is unfortunately introducing some further price increases in 2025. While the full list of changes have yet to be confirmed, aluminum products, ramen, helium balloons, pillar candles and some breads are now increasing to $1.75 up from $1.25.

As a YouTuber who spends an inordinate amount of time hunting down deals at Dollar Tree, I want the higher quality and an improvement from items that were nearly disposable at $1… but the higher prices will always irk my frugal soul.
